Any updates to a subscription need to occur before the shipping date or charge date. Note that once the subscription has been processed we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make adjustments as long as this is not too far along in the shipping process.
How to edit your subscription
- Log into your account. If you are not able to log in, you may not have an active account. Click here to set up your account so that you can edit your Ballscription.
- Choose "Next Shipment" located near the top of the page.
- Click on "Edit" next to the items you want to change the date for. If you want to skip this shipment until the next shipping date choose "skip."
- After you have clicked on "Edit" you will see a pop-up. Select "Edit" next to the Next Charge Date.
- The page will refresh and the newly selected date will show in your account.
