Any updates to a subscription need to occur before the shipping date or charge date.
Please note that once the order has been placed modifications or changes to the subscription cannot be made.
How to add or change items to your subscription
- Log into your account. If you are not able to log in, you may not have an active account. Click here to set up your account so that you can edit your Ballscription.
- To edit all of your subscriptions, click “Overview”
- From this screen, click on "Add products"
- You will see a pop-up. From here you can items as a one-time shipment or subscribe. If you subscribe you will need to select the frequency in which you want to receive your item.
- After this has been added you can see the newly added items by choosing "Next Shipment" from the top of the page.
