If for any reason you would like to return an item for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping), please fill out this form.
If you purchased the item through Amazon, please use the Amazon return process:
- Log in to Online Support using your Amazon credentials.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Returns and Refunds.
- From there, follow the onscreen instructions to complete your return.
Items are eligible for return if:
- It has been 60 days or less since the item was purchased
- The item is unused, in resealable condition, and in the original packaging
- Boxers must be 100% unused and be complete with tags and in the plastic bag they arrived in.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
All refunds can take 3-5 business days to be processed through your financial institution.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or have received the wrong item by our error, we can send a replacement to US-based customers. Click here for more information.
To replace an item for another reason (ie wrong boxer size, scent, etc.), please initiate a return. Once the item is confirmed as returned, we can send the correct item.
