Life happens and we hate to see you go, but we understand that you may need to cancel your Ballscription.
Three days before your subscription ships, we will send you an email notification allowing you to make any changes, additions, or cancellations to your order. If you need to make any changes to your upcoming order please do so at this time.
Please note that if you are having issues logging into your account, this may not be activated. If you have not activated your account you can do so by clicking here.
How to cancel your Ballscription
- Log into your Ballsy account
- Click on "Account Details", and scroll to the bottom of this page until you locate the section Your Plans.
- In this section, you will have the option to select Cancel Plan. A pop-up will appear asking you to provide a reason for canceling. If you have too much or want to delay one month you have the option to do that. If you still need to cancel, select your reason and click on Cancel Plan.
- You will receive an email that your Ballscription was canceled.
How to reactivate your Ballscription
You can also reactivate your plan any time by clicking “account details” scrolling down to the bottom and clicking “reactivate plan” under “Your Plans”
