If you experience any issues with an order we would be more than happy to send you a replacement. A replacement can be issued for the following situations: 

  • Damaged/Defective upon arrival or during transit 
  • Different item than what was ordered
  • Missing items from an order 
  • Tracking shows delivered and order was not received
